Reach is the calculation of the amount of web surfers who visit a site. Alexa Page views are calculated by the total number of requests for a website's URL, per Toolbar user. Multiple requests by the Web surfer on the same day/same URL are calculated as a single page view. Also, page views are provided and scaled in a graph, to be easily readable. The site with the highest combination of users and page views is ranked #1.

1. Use the <!--more--> tag when you create a post. This will automatically add a break in your post and display a short preview of your posts on your home page. Each preview includes a link to view the full post and that will give you an extra page view.

There are many of these plugins for WordPress which work very similar, so just do a search for, "WordPress Excerpts Plugin's," and you should be able to locate something to suit your needs.
