If you are a website owner that is largely dependent upon the amount of Alexa traffic your site gets, then you need to maximize your sites potential for earnings. Reach is the calculation of the amount of web surfers who visit a site. Alexa Page views are calculated by the total number of requests for a website's URL, per Toolbar user. Multiple requests by the Web surfer on the same day/same URL are calculated as a single page view. Also, page views are provided and scaled in a graph, to be easily readable. The site with the highest combination of users and page views is ranked #1.

1. Use the <!--more--> tag when you create a post. This will automatically add a break in your post and display a short preview of your posts on your home page. Each preview includes a link to view the full post and that will give you an extra page view.

There are many of these plugins for WordPress which work very similar, so just do a search for, "WordPress Excerpts Plugin's," and you should be able to locate something to suit your needs.
