Upgrading to WordPress 3.0 Broke my Contact Form
- Little bump in the road for the Spunky Jones SEO Blog, today! -
I usually wait a couple of weeks after a major WordPress update is released before upgrading my blog. I do this to allow time for minor bugs and patches to be released as well as plugins to be made compatible. Therefore, I thought it would be safe to upgrade today. It appeared that everything went well at first. However, I discovered that my contact form isn't functioning at this point.
I started to dig into the problem and found that one of my new sites loaded with WordPress 3.0, has the same problem. I installed the plugin and configured it. The result, it doesn't function correctly and has the same exact issues as on Spunky Jones.
I have sent out a S.O.S. to my coder Naif Amoodi, who is very good at troubleshooting. I am hoping to have this problem fixed very shortly, even if it takes another contact form plugin to rectify the problem.

Update: 4:00pm - The current contact plugin has problems with the 3.0 version of WordPress. We had to replace the contact form with another contact plugin. (The form, is working again).
