Spunky Jones, Logo Contest on the DP Forum Has Ended
Recently, I decided that I wanted to step things up a bit on the Spunky Jones SEO Blog. After looking over my blog, I decided that one of my biggest issues is my current logo design. It just doesn't deliver much of a visual impact to my visitors. Actually, the current logo is very lame to sat the least! However, I felt that a new logo was needed in order to deliver that visual impact to my readers.I had some ideas of what I wanted for a design. However, I haven't kept up with my graphic design skills over the past few years. I felt that if I took on this task, it would take too much time to design the logo. Therefore, off to the DP Forum I went and started up a logo contest.
I didn't offer very much as far as what I wanted for the new Spunky Jones logo design. This was intentional, I wanted to get a better idea of where the contestant's creativity level was at.There were two individuals that stood out from the crowd. Those two designers were, Zlatomir and the Scorpion Agency. They paid attention to my current color scheme on SJ and designed a logo around it. As the contest when on, I put more input in order to refine the logos. In the end, I had to decide who would be the winner of the logo contest. At this point, there was one logo designer that stood out from all the rest! Therefore, "scorpionagency" was declared the winner of the contest and awarded the cash prize of $35.00.
