Another simple way to get your blogs top posts in your readers view, is to use the WordPress Popular Posts plugin that displays them in your sidebar. It is a great promotion technique that increases the amount of page views you receive on your site. I have used such a plugin in the past. However, I had to disable it because of a conflict with another plugin.
