The logic is, most Internet surfers search for products and services that are specific to their needs. Company names are less unlikely to be used, unless it’s a name brand, they are search for. However, if you must include your company name, it is usually placed near the end of the title tag. This gives you the most SEO value out of the title tag. If you are name branding, then placing the company name at the beginning is preferred.
