        • How to get that new site indexed fast by Google!

        • - Tips to speed up the indexing process of your brand new site -

        • Google's IndexYou've given it some thought, and now you want to start blogging. You have done your homework and researched the best name for your Domain that is related to your products and services. Now, that you are ready to get your new site indexed, it is time to get your Domain ranking in the Google search engine index!

So, where do you start? Fear not, Spunky Jones has some tips that will get that new website indexed by the Google search engine in just a matter of a few days!

First off, I have done this process several times, and it is exciting to see that new site gets indexed so quickly. Furthermore, you can achieve first page ranking for your keywords as well. However, keeping those rankings is the challenge at hand!

For many people, getting your new site indexed by Google seems to be a very slow process. It is frustrating to launch your well optimized website with good content, and now you have to play the waiting game. At this point, you are probably thinking, what can you do to speed up this process?

Steps you can take to speed up the indexing process:
          * One of the first things to do is set up a free Webmaster account at Google. Once you have your account in order, make sure that you verify it. This is a good way to tell Google about your new site.

          * Now, you can set up a free Analytics account at Google as well. Make sure that you install the required tracking code to your web page.

          * It is time to make some directory submissions. A good place to start is directories that have free submissions. However, you will want to read my post, "Using the Old Faithful of Link Building Tactics to Succeed!" and "Submit Your Site to Web Directories" to get started with.

          * Don't forget to make a few comments on some blogs that are in the same niche as your site. I usually start with blogs that are PR5 and above, because they get spidered much faster than lower rated sites.

          * Making use of Twitter, will get you some traffic. If your site is really cool, you could get a few backlinks for your efforts.

          * Get someone to Stumble your new site.

These are basic steps to follow that will get your site indexed quickly. From past experienced, I have had sites indexed by Google in just a few days.

          Additional thoughts:
You could also submit your site directly to Google. However, it is my opinion to let Google find it on its own. I believe that your site will carry more weight by doing it this way.
