If you build 100 links, and they point to the same page, and also contain the same anchor text, this is going to set off a flag. If your links that are not natural, and they are nothing more than a link scheme, the search engines could consider these links a spam, and you could get penalized and maybe even de-indexed from Google!
Link building is very important and a necessity for every site owner. However, you just don't want to over do it! Furthermore, you want to avoid being a spammer!
