Computer ScreenDo you spend a lot of time sitting in front of your computer’s monitor, especially at night? If the answer is yes, you’ll want to know about a piece of software that auto adjusts your monitor. F.lux, will automatically adjust your monitor according to the time of the day it is. You’ll end up with a “warm at night” and “sunlight at day” display on your computer screen.

Computer monitor screens are designed to look like the sun. However, at night time after the sun goes down, your eyes have had enough sunlight emulation. Therefore, this software can be a very useful for us night owls.

What is cool about this product is that for those of us that stay up all night, it reduces eye stress. Therefore, you’ll end up sleeping much better. Furthermore, your computer monitor will look the same, morning, noon or night! Basically, you tell the F.lux software the type of lighting you have, and your location. F.lux does the rest, automatically for you.

F.lux, is free and available for Windows XP, Vista, including Windows 7, Apple MAC OS and for Linux. I strongly suggest that you head on over to F.lux and check it out!
